Free Early Education If your child is aged between three and five, then you are entitled to 15 hours Universal Free Early Education for 38 weeks, or 12 hours for 48 weeks of the year in the term following their third birthday. The first 12 hours for children in receipt of stretched funding or 15 hours for non-stretched funded children will be free and hours over these will be chargeable. 

If your child is aged 2 years and parents qualify you may be eligible to claim 15 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks) or 12 hours per week 48 weeks, under the Free for Two scheme. For more information, please speak to a manager.

At this setting we offer these hours on a stretched basis only.

A monthly quality supplement of £10 per month will be charged to cover the cost of sun cream, uniform, fruit snack and other consumables.  Your child will be provided with one T shirt and one sweatshirt, you may purchase additional items if you wish.

An hourly rate of £4.75 per hour will be charged for all hours taken in addition to the Free Early Education entitlement.  For full fee paying children, or children in receipt of Free for Two funding, the monthly quality supplement will not apply, however once they move onto universal or 30 hours free early education (in the term following their third birthday) then the monthly supplement will become payable.

If you would like to access Free Early Education completely free of charge we offer the following set sessions.

Universal offer:-

12 hours per week - 4 afternoons 3pm – 6pm.  A packed tea must be provided by parents.

30 hours offer:-

24 hours per week -4 afternoons 1pm-6pm, and 1 afternoon 12pm-4pm.  All food must be provided by parents.

There are limited spaces available on these sessions, and they will be allocated on a first come first served basis.  If you would like to apply for one of these sessions please speak to a manager.
